The first initiative is a six-month scholarship programme for students dedicated to exploring innovative solutions to social and ecological challenges. We invited university scholars to join our intensive programme, to research and develop responsible, forward-thinking approaches to creating a more sustainable maritime industry. Through hands-on shipyard experience, expert mentorship, and opportunities to develop cutting-edge research projects, this scholarship programme provides a unique platform to make a real impact, enhance skills, and bring ideas to life.
