Project Bozzetto was designed for a reputable Italian fashion designer. Her brief was simple; to create a sleek, elegant Superyacht capable of holding both intimate gatherings and large parties. Her high level of attention to detail within the fashion industry needed to be replicated throughout the yacht. Fast flowing lines and spacious outdoor areas were an essential element of Project Bozzetto’s exterior design language. The predominant long foredeck was designed with a catwalk in mind. This unique feature allows the client to use the yacht as a work space, perfect for holding industry related events. Aft of the catwalk is the back stage dressing room and beauty salon. Taking the lift up to the top deck, the client is able to relax in her Jacuzzi but also watch her chosen DJ perform for her guest on the dance floor on the deck below, making this the ultimate party yacht. Walking up the aft deck stairs you are welcomed on to a large open plan main deck. The versatile indoor/outdoor space aft of the saloon is the perfect hosting space for large parties. For’ard of the weather-tight doors is the fun, informal lounge which also doubles up as a cinema for the more intimate gatherings the client desired. Taking the stairs down to the relaxation deck you are welcomed into a large central beach club. The client’s wish to spend a lot of her time close to the sea made the beach club an essential element of the general arrangement. By locating it where the traditional guest suites would be meant the beach club could be the size of a yacht 40 metres longer. Fold out balconies port and starboard allow for easy access to the water. A central walkway through the engine room connects the beach club the relaxation suite, where the client and her guests can enjoy a sauna, steam room and massage. Project Bozzetto also has 2 large guest suits and room for 5 crew.
