Project HYPE-R caters to a young, dynamic, and digitally-native owner. Each onboard space has a unique design, offering flexibility and multifunctionality and the transition between entertainment and relaxation is seamless. A key highlight aboard HYPE-R is the transformable beach club that can be used as an al fresco cinema, a discotheque, or a tranquil spot by the water's edge. The exterior design mirrors the yacht's advanced technology, exuding sophistication and style with sleek lines and innovative features. The upper deck features a sunset lounge with romantic arches, providing enchanting vistas for guests to unwind and enjoy breathtaking views as the sun sets over the horizon. The sundeck, reserved for the owner, offers a private study and living area, creating a secluded retreat amidst the beauty of the open sea. Every detail of HYPE-R has been meticulously crafted to meet the modern, tech-savvy clientele's discerning tastes, blending style and functionality. What drew you to yacht design?
My passion stems from a deep interest in product design and a fascination with architecture. I have found the perfect fusion of these two perspectives in yacht design.
Which designers inspire your craft?
My design language is strongly influenced by car designs, particularly by the renowned masters who have made history, such as Pininfarina and Giugiaro. Technological products also inspire my designs.
How would you like to see yacht design evolve?
I envision the future of yacht design to continue its current trajectory. Yacht designers must always embrace contemporary challenges while preserving the charm and style that characterises these products.
